RemX is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support clinical research projects. You will manage project finances, reconcile revenue, and ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. This is a remote Direct Hire role with a $60,000–$75,000 yearly salary.

The role requires experience in clinical research finance, strong Excel skills, and ability to coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Clinical Research or Clinical Industry experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in finance, accounting, revenue cycle, billing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned clinical research projects.
• Review contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and billing requirements.
• Analyze project financial data to optimize performance and identify budget concerns.
• Perform financial quality control reviews to ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Reconcile study visit data with Sponsor/CRO EDC systems.
• Ensure all billable activities and non-visit revenue are invoiced and documented.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting and ERP processing.
• Generate and distribute monthly billing statements to sponsors and CROs.
• Partner with cash application and collections teams to resolve payment issues.
