Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related accounting work.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts payable matters and resolve routine to moderately complex vendor issues.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
