Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the company’s AP operations and ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments.

You will partner with suppliers, project teams, and procurement to resolve discrepancies, manage month-end tasks, and implement process improvements while mentoring junior staff. Remote work option with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Execute Accounts Payable Function.
• Manage and analyze AP transactions in general ledger.
• Interface with suppliers, project management, procurement and internal teams to address inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure month-end close accuracy.
• Provide audit support and documentation for internal/external reviews.
• Mentor and develop accounts payable staff and drive process improvements.
