Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a REMOTE Accounts Payable Clerk. The role performs daily invoice entry in Workday, manages approvals, and maintains a shared AP inbox. Strong Excel and Office skills are required along with solid communication and customer service abilities. Benefits support is provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel intermediate required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interact well with diverse levels of employees and provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices in Workday daily.
• Send invoices for approval using an approval matrix.
• Work from a shared inbox for Accounts Payable.
• Use pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel as needed.
• Analyze procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and suppliers.
• Review and enter/upload invoices.
• Follow up with the business per set standards.

Essential Job Functions

• ? Enter invoices in Workday daily
• ? Send invoices for approval using an approval matrix
• ? Work out of a shared in-box for Accounts Payable
• ? Intermediate Excel Skills used for pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• ? Analyze procedures and recommend improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
• ? Provide excellent customer service to employees and suppliers
• ? Review and enter/upload invoices
• ? Ability to follow up with the business according to the standards set.

Requirements

• ? Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance discipline
• ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite; Excel intermediate skills are a must have
• ? Diligence and strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
