512 FINANCIAL LLC is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients across industries. You will maintain accurate financials, analyze budgets, and help businesses make smart financial decisions under the guidance of a Senior Consultant.

This fully remote role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, solid account reconciliation ability, and excellent communication. ERP experience (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

• Process accounts payable with accuracy
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Partner with team members and clients to meet deadlines
