Western National Parks (WNP) is seeking a Full-Time Accounting Manager Revenue & Receivables in Tucson, AZ, with hybrid work options. The role oversees A/R processes, revenue recognition, and cash activities across multiple streams, guiding a small team and reporting to the Associate Director of Finance.

The position requires nonprofit accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to reconcile complex revenue streams while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, public or business administration or related field (equivalent combo allowed).
• 2–3 years nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ecommerce and retail reporting a plus.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and revenue processes across multiple streams.
• Lead 1–2 staff; provide training and guidance.
• Reconcile revenue, cash, and credit card activity; prepare monthly reports.
• Support month-end close and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and PCI compliance.
