The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of accounting experience (2+ in review) and strong Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage 50 skills. CPA/CMA preferred; remote-capable, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; required.
• 5–8 years accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in review and 1+ year directing others; required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with outsourced accounting or after-the-fact engagements; preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; reconstruct ledgers from client data.

Responsabilités

• Own timely delivery across a portfolio of engagements.
• Review trial balances, reconciliations, statements, and tax packages.
• Approve preparation and compilation engagements per firm standards.
• Scope and oversee cleanup and multi-period reconstructions.
• Manage budgets, billing, realization, and calendars across high-volume book.
• Serve as first-line client relationship owner; set scope, timing, and fees.
• Lead and coach 4–8 team members, including offshore delivery.
• Identify opportunities for advisory services (planning, cash flow, analysis).
