Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a review role and 1 year coaching others.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with outsourced accounting and compilation engagements.
• Experience supervising distributed delivery teams is a plus.
• Strong Excel, data reconstruction, and reusable schedules.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero/Sage 50.

Responsibilities

• Own timely delivery across monthly, quarterly, and annual engagements.
• Review and approve financial statements and workpapers; manage budgets and realization.
• Lead the delivery model and coach 4–8 team members, including offshore staff.
• Serve as first-line client relationship owner for scope, timing and fees.
• Identify opportunities to migrate clients to Managed Accounting Services.
• Participate in networking, proposals, and industry activities.
