Job summary

Remote is seeking a CW Accounting Manager – Intercompany & Transfer Pricing, a hands-on contract role based in the United States.

You will oversee intercompany transactions, manage monthly close, support SAP PaPM and S/4HANA processes, and drive process centralization and controls across a global finance team.

The six-month contract offers remote work, exposure to acquisition integrations, and opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five to eight years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong intercompany accounting knowledge and close processes.
• Experience with transfer pricing accounting and cost allocations.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred; SAP PaPM knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; capable of resolving complex discrepancies.
• Operational ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intercompany activities: billing, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Support monthly and quarterly close by investigating discrepancies and resolving balances.
• Process transfer pricing activities: cost allocations, intercompany charges, royalties, and true-ups.
• Validate SAP PaPM outputs and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
• Support stabilization, automation, and centralization of intercompany processes.
• Assist with integrating acquired entities into intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, AP, and IT to resolve issues.
• Contribute to governance, controls, and SOP documentation.
