Coinbase is seeking an Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany, to lead end-to-end close processes and oversee the global intercompany framework. You will drive consolidation accuracy and scalable financial infrastructure while supporting international growth.

Join a remote-first, in-person surge culture with quarterly intensives. CPA with 6+ years and Big 4 background preferred, strong NetSuite and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred.
• SOX 404 knowledge and documentation experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes across global entities, ensuring timely, accurate general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements.
• Lead global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements, transfer pricing execution, FX gain/loss analysis, and elimination entries.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize new intercompany agreements, entity launches, and transfer pricing methodologies into scalable processes.
• Drive the design, implementation, and documentation of SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes.
• Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration, new entity set-ups, and ERP enhancements in NetSuite.
• Strengthen team capability by mentoring and developing direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
