Distinct | North America is looking for an Accounting Manager to develop their internal accounting function and financial infrastructure. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Tampa or surrounding areas.

As the Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, manage month-end close, oversee multi-entity accounting, and enhance financial reporting. The firm is dedicated to Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs) but does not require prior HOA experience.

Qualifications

• Active CPA licence required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP essential.
• Experience managing month-end close necessary.
• Experience with acquisitions or private equity-backed businesses is useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
• Support integration of acquired businesses.
• Improve financial reporting.
