Our client, a Tax and Advisory Firm, is seeking a Remote Accounting Manager. The role requires traveling to their Camp Hill location once a month.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for insurance clients, ensuring compliance with statutory financial accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and solutions to industry challenges.
• Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Stay current with industry developments and regulatory standards, including updates from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
• Contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities, participating in protocols, and networking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree preferred.
• Active CPA License.
• Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience focusing on insurance clients.
