Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
3. Manage teams of tax professionals and assist in client project execution.
4. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
5. Oversee engagement risks, billing, collections, and budgets.
6. Contribute to external market and business activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3. Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM; if not, a plan to obtain within one year of hire.
4. Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
5. Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.
6. Excellent communication skills.
