Jobot is hiring Experienced Agency Recruiters to join our remote-first team. You will develop new business, recruit across specialties using our Jax ATS, and deliver results with a focus on client satisfaction.

We offer a generous salary range ($75,000 - $500,000 per year) with commission bonuses, unlimited PTO, 2-week holidays, and Platinum level benefits. 2+ years agency recruiting experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience across client development and candidate recruitment.
• Proven performance and revenue accountability in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• New business development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our ATS (Jax) to match candidates to roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect to candidates and clients.
