Jobot is seeking an Experienced Agency Recruiter in a remote-first role, allowing work from anywhere in the U.S. You will leverage our tech stack, including Jax and Jeni, to develop business and place candidates with clients nationwide.

Expect a high-earning potential with a compensation structure that includes commissions and bonuses tied to performance. Requirements include staffing agency experience (2+ years), full-desk recruiting expertise, and a track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Staffing agency experience: currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience.
• Full-desk recruiting: proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & revenue accountability: demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
• Relationship nurturing: maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: using sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use Jax ATS to find candidates matching client needs.
• Lead with kindness and respect.
