Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years in a staffing agency
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage both client development and candidate recruitment
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong relationships internally and externally
• Industry Specialization: accounting & finance recruiting experience preferred
• ATS Proficiency: experience with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree required
