Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years at a staffing agency.
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: meet or exceed placement goals and revenue targets.
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our tech stack and ATS to find candidates matching client openings.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
