Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience required.
• Proven ability to manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• New business development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our tech stack, including Jax ATS, to find candidates for open roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
