Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience with client development and candidate recruitment.
• Proven performance and revenue accountability in placements.
• Strong relationship nurturing with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• New business development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using the Jax ATS to match candidates to open roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect in every interaction.
