With 2+ years in agency recruiting and a track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Proven full-desk recruiting capability across clients and candidates.
• Strong track record of meeting placement and revenue targets.
• Ability to nurture internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our tech stack including Jax to match candidates to roles.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect in all interactions.
