Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Accounting Director to lead the accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for the Creative Circle and Cyber Coder brands. You will own close processes, prepare balance sheets and income statements, and ensure timely, accurate results.

You will partner with corporate finance, tax, treasury, FP&A, and auditors to support reporting and audit activities, drive process improvements, and coach staff to strengthen internal controls and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting or finance experience in controllership or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting preferred.
• Experience leading close processes and external audit support.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statements.
• Prepare analyses of balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls and remediation of deficiencies.
• Partner with corporate accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, legal, operations, and auditors.
