Circular Action Alliance is seeking a Director of Accounting & Corporate Controller to serve as the Financial Controller and lead the accounting function across multiple states. This is a hands-on, build-focused role reporting to the CFO and guiding a growing finance team.

The position is fully remote within the United States, with a market-competitive salary and extensive opportunities to shape internal controls, reporting, and ERP implementation as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in large, complex reporting structures.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, year-end close.
• Own the Financial ERP system and implement enhancements.
• Establish policies and processes for financial accounting.
• Lead regulatory reporting (state and federal).
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership.
