The role involves processing financial transactions, supporting internal controls, and coordinating with departments and vendors to ensure timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more in accounting, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile cash-related transactions and accounts receivable in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for financial information integrity.
• Perform routine account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies in the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation by gathering required documentation and supporting financial reporting requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and healthcare finance standards.
