512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients with accurate financials, budgets, and insightful analysis under a Senior Consultant. The role emphasizes hands-on accounting, problem-solving, and collaboration across client teams.

This is a fully remote, national position open to candidates across eligible states, offering exposure to multiple industries, ERP systems, and a high-growth consulting environment. You’ll wear many hats and grow with the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience in accounting functions, budgets, and financial analysis preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure accuracy
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines
