512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients remotely, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and guiding smart business decisions under a Senior Consultant. You will gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and ERP systems while collaborating with top-tier professionals.

This high-impact, learning-driven role requires the ability to wear many hats, adapt quickly, and consistently exceed client expectations in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERPs: QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite is a plus.
• Software accounting experience is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
