Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented and able to stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and maintain financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed
