Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some accounting coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit tax forms and other financial documents.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor and track expenses and prepare reports for management.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
