The Rural Health Enterprise LLP in Washington State seeks an Accounting Assistant for a full-time hybrid/remote role supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

You will work with a collaborative team, handle vendor relations, assist payroll, and help prepare cash flow and reporting with occasional travel within Washington State.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or Sage 50.
• Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, reconciliations, and data organization.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare weekly payment runs by checks, ACH, and online bill pay.
• Maintain vendor records and monitor payment terms.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
• Generate and email customer invoices; track accounts receivable aging.
• Support audits and internal controls with organized documentation.
