Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations experience.
• Proficient NetSuite experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with GL accounting, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on invoicing and client billing experience.
• Understanding of contract-based billing requirements and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial results to management and leadership.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze actual versus budgeted and forecasted results and identify key drivers of variances.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Manage client invoicing and billing processes while ensuring contract compliance.
• Monitor billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely invoicing.
• Assist with audit support and accounting documentation needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.
