Job summary

Floowi, a remote-first company connecting LATAM talent with U.S. partners, seeks an Accounting Analyst to support AP/AR cycles. You will code invoices in Bill.com, manage vendor records, process expenses, and assist with reconciliations across ERP systems.

Collaboration with US accounting and cross-time-zone teams is essential. The role is 100% remote (LATAM only) with Advanced English requirements, EST-aligned schedule, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AP/AR experience.
• Proficient with Bill.com including entry, coding and approvals.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUP, pivot, filters).
• Knowledge of accrual accounting and 3-way matching.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices in Bill.com with approvals per SLA.
• Handle AR tasks: invoicing, payments, aging and reconciliations.
• Maintain and audit vendor records in Bill.com and NetSuite.
• Run AP aging reports and assist month-end close.
• Collaborate with US-based team across time zones.
