Job summary

Wipfli seeks a dynamic CAS Advisory Manager to lead manufacturing client engagements, analyze financial data, and guide process improvements. You will mentor teams, coordinate US and offshore resources, and deliver high-quality advisory services in a client-facing role.

This position can be worked remotely anywhere in the US. Ideal candidates have CPA/CMA-like credentials, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing multiple priorities and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead US and offshore engagement team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.
