Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with grants and contracts preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and basic analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, record and process invoices.
• Process funding entries for award closeouts.
• Identify sponsored projects requiring initial reports of expenditures.
• Prepare initial reports of expenditures in compliance with award terms and deadlines.
• Communicate with departments and outside customers professionally.
• Review and monitor workflows.
• Prepare daily and monthly activity reports for management.
• Assist with ad hoc reports.
