Job summary

Responsibilities include receivables processing, overpayment collection, account maintenance, data analysis, and coordinating with internal offices and external partners.

Qualifications

• Five years of bookkeeping experience and fifteen college credits in accounting.
• One year as a Financial Programs Trainee or Fiscal Technician with accounting coursework.
• Educational requirements may be met within three months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Process receivables and verify salary claims and adjustments.
• Coordinate collection of monies owed and record remittances.
• Maintain advance checks, reconciling monthly bank activity and deposits.
• Review checks and inquiries to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Prepare and send correspondence to employees and agency partners.
