Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of bookkeeping experience with twelve credits in accounting, or a Bachelor's degree with twelve credits in accounting, or an equivalent combination.
• Applicants may be considered within three months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Receivables processing: review and audit salary claims/receivables, post and verify data, and make corrections.
• Overpayment collection: coordinate collection of monies owed by employees and record remittances.
• Account maintenance: ensure advance checks issued correctly, perform monthly bank reconciliations, resolve deposit issues.
• Detail analysis: review checks, requests, inquiries to ensure proper processes.
• Communication: prepare and send correspondence to employees and agency partners.
• Agency coordination: work with internal sections, HR offices, banks, and partners to support financial operations.
