Parish Accounting Services Ltd (PAS) is seeking an Account Support Manager to deliver end-to-end user support for OPAS, PAMIS and related software, including onboarding, training and issue resolution. The role combines customer-facing duties with light sales activity and day-to-day management of software engineers and support resources.

The position is part-time, home-based (typically 20 hours per week, 9am–1pm, Mon–Fri) and reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifikationen

• Strong MS Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote support to users of OPAS, PAMIS and related software.
• Triage issues and assign to software engineers; escalate complex cases to MD.
• Monitor KPIs, support response times and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for diocesan and parish users.
• Handle soft sales enquiries, demonstrations and proposal follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities.
• Collaborate with MD and staff on service changes and timelines.
