Job summary

agentOS is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator to support letting agents by reconciling accounts and processing payments. This role is remote (UK) with access to the Cardiff office when desired, and no prior accounts experience is required—we will train you.

You’ll handle payments, month-end processes and client communications, gradually taking on more responsibility. A stable software team in Cardiff supports you.

Qualifications

• No accounts or lettings experience required.
• Numerical skills and attention to detail essential.
• Calm, clear communication on phone and email.
• Willing to be trained on processes and tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client account data and reconcile bank statements in AgentOS.
• Process client payments, invoices, and payments to HMRC and the Deposit Protection Service.
• Chase arrears by phone, email, text and letter.
• Prepare client statements and assist with month-end tasks.
• Help clients stay compliant and flag potential risks.
• Train clients on AgentOS and set up new accounts.
