Job summary

Axalta is seeking an Account Specialist to manage key coatings customers with a focus on automotive refinishes. You will build strong relationships, develop account plans, and ensure delivery of all elements of the business agreement.

You will partner with the regional sales team, leverage Salesforce for data and CRM, and travel up to 50% to support customers. The role requires a professional, autonomous approach and a proven sales mindset within a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Strong track record in customer support and sales within the automotive refinishing space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans to capture product, color and service needs.
• Understand and communicate the value of Axalta products and services.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintain accurate account data.
• Coordinate with internal resources to meet customer needs and drive regional revenue.
• Travel up to 50% as required to visit customers and support sales efforts.
