Job summary

Axalta, a leading coatings company, seeks an Account Specialist in automotive collision to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention. You will partner with customers to implement account plans, communicate product and service value, and coordinate resources.

This role requires up to 50% travel, remote work with a local presence in Northern KY or Southern IN, and proven sales or customer-support experience in Automotive Refinish.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional with Automotive Refinish background and a strong track record of customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for identified customers and builds strong relationships.
• Develops and executes account plans capturing product, color and services needs.
• Communicates Axalta values and benefits clearly to customers and coordinates resources.
• Maintains organized communication with regular customer calls and documents interactions.
