Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for accurate correspondence and client interactions.
• Previous compliance experience in a Collection or Banking environment is essential.
• Detail orientation and initiative with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and adhering to policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process electronic and written correspondence as required by client.
• Assist customers in accessing information, troubleshooting problems and resolving system inquiries.
• Photocopy and file customer correspondence per policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to internal/external requests.
• Comply with IT security and privacy policies and client standards.
• Adhere to client guidelines for transmitting communications (encrypted portals).
• Conduct file audits to meet client standards and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Initiate corrective actions for violations detected during monitoring.
• Participate in client call calibrations and other assigned duties.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends in the collection industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
