Job summary

BCA Financial Services is hiring for a remote, full-time call center role that pays $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities. Work Monday–Friday from home, helping patients understand their accounts with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and offer payment options such as full balance payments or plans. A 1+ year background in call center or customer service, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
