Job summary

Cadent Medical Communications is looking for an account executive to be the day-to-day contact for multi-project accounts in New York, NY. You will oversee project and financial management with limited supervision and support senior staff in organic growth.

You will coordinate client touchpoints, manage timelines, and ensure budget accuracy across projects while applying strong communication and organizational skills to drive client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1+ years of experience in medical communication, marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with iEnvision/Datavision preferred.
• Physician, HCP, or patient marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for multi-project accounts with limited supervision.
• Oversee project and financial management functions for assigned projects.
• Support organic new business growth within existing accounts.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist in budget tracking, estimates, and invoicing processes.
