Job summary

Cadent Medical Communications, part of the Syneos Health family, is seeking an Account Executive serving as day-to-day point of contact for multi-project accounts. You will oversee project and financial management with limited supervision and assist in organic growth within existing accounts.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in medical communications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with iEnvision/Datavision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 1+ years relevant experience in medical communication, marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with iEnvision/Datavision preferred.
• Physician, HCP, or patient marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as day-to-day point of contact for multi-project accounts.
• Oversees project and financial management with limited supervision.
• Assist manager with organic new business growth within existing accounts.
• Manage client communications and scheduling of touchpoints.
• Support budget, SOW development, and invoicing processes.
