Job summary

Boutique Recruiting seeks an Account Manager to build relationships with personal injury law firms across the United States, travel as needed, and drive revenue growth in a rapidly expanding financial services company that provides funding solutions for personal injury victims. You will manage your territory independently and pursue new business opportunities with ethical standards.

The role offers an annual salary range of $60,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commissions, work-from-home flexibility,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in the legal field or connections with attorneys is preferred.
• A background in consulting, medical devices, or IT/SaaS is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms
• Engage with legal professionals through lunches, dinners, and meetings
• Attend legal networking events and trade shows
• Utilize CRM software to track sales leads and customer accounts
• Educate law firms on service benefits
• Coordinate with law firm personnel to facilitate documentation
