Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Account Manager, Practice Success in the United States. This full-time remote role manages a large portfolio of single-location dental practices, focusing on retention, activation milestones, product adoption, and value realization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Marketing to drive proactive outreach, monitor activation and renewal readiness, and scale account-management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, onboarding, or Customer Success at least 1 year.
• Healthcare/dental industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Experience using dashboards, queues, or reports to organize workflows and drive proactive outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional engagement by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of single-location dental practices with focus on retention, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
• Use dashboards, alerts, and CRM workflows to identify at-risk accounts and perform timely outreach.
• Monitor activation, product utilization, engagement, and renewal readiness, acting proactively.
• Develop targeted campaigns to increase product adoption, scanner utilization, and overall engagement.
• Build relationships with practice managers and stakeholders through consistent communication via phone and email.
• Serve as a trusted contact for questions, training needs, and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Marketing to ensure a consistent customer experience.
