This is a full-time, remote opportunity focused on supporting a large portfolio of single-location dental practices.

You’ll manage more than 4,500 accounts, using data, dashboards, and proactive outreach to strengthen retention and customer engagement.

The role combines relationship management, commercial growth, customer support, and operational excellence at scale.

You’ll help practices reach activation milestones, increase product adoption, and realize ongoing value from their technology solutions.

Success requires strong prioritization, organization, communication, and the ability to identify opportunities or risks across a high-volume customer portfolio.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys using data and customer insights to improve experiences while continuously refining scalable account-management processes.

Accountabilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of single-location dental practices, with a focus on retention, account health, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
  • Use dashboards, reports, alerts, and CRM workflows to identify at-risk accounts and execute timely outreach according to established service-level expectations.
  • Monitor activation, product utilization, engagement, and renewal readiness, taking proactive action when accounts show signs of risk or reduced adoption.
  • Develop and execute targeted customer campaigns designed to increase product adoption, scanner utilization, and overall engagement.
  • Support the activation of new doctors within existing practices and identify appropriate opportunities for additional scanners or product expansions.
  • Build professional relationships with practice managers and other key stakeholders through consistent, responsive communication across phone and email.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, training needs, and troubleshooting support.
  • Partner with senior Account Managers and Customer Experience teams to resolve escalations and address more complex customer needs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account notes, ensuring customer information, interactions, and next steps are clearly documented and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Marketing to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Participate in experiments and initiatives focused on improving retention, engagement, workflows, and scalable account-management strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that help continuously improve processes, customer outreach, and the overall practice-success model.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Dental industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume customer portfolio while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
  • Experience using CRM dashboards, case queues, reports, or similar tools to organize daily workflows and drive proactive customer outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging customers professionally by phone and email.
  • Excellent follow-through and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently complete commitments.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing large volumes of customer information and activity.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Customer-focused approach and genuine interest in improving customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
  • Comfortable working in a scalable, data-driven account-management environment where efficiency and operational consistency are essential.
Benefits
  • OTE of $82,500 , with approximately 20%--30% of compensation tied to commission.
  • Compensation may vary based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support employees across different stages of life and career.
  • Healthcare and dental coverage.
  • Mental health support.
  • Parental planning resources.
  • Retirement savings options.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Fully remote work environment for U.S.-based employees.
