Job summary

Optify Search partnered with a well-established global specialty ingredients organization seeking Account Managers to support growth across the personal care and cosmetics market. We are hiring for two territories: West Coast (CA, OR, WA) and Midwest & Texas.

You will manage existing relationships, develop new business, and provide technical support to leading personal care brands. In this role you will collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive territory growth, present

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical field required.
• 3–5+ years of technical sales in personal care ingredients or cosmetics.
• Strong skincare, haircare, or color cosmetics formulation knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while developing new business in assigned territories.
• Provide technical support and formulation guidance to personal care customers.
• Develop territory growth plans to drive sales and market share.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and prospects.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, CRM activity, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners.
• Travel approximately 40–60% within territory.
