Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a client-focused Account Manager to join the Client Solutions team within the Medical Strategy and Communications division. You will manage client accounts, track budgets, coordinate project teams, and ensure timely delivery of publications and related materials.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, drafting scopes and budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records while partnering with publication technology teams to optimize resources and ensure client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong domain knowledge.
• 4+ years of account management experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with publication projects required.
• ISMPP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong project management, organizational and budgeting skills.
• Understanding of clinical development and strategic communication.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts day-to-day from execution to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact, coordinate project deliverables and timelines.
• Lead internal and client status meetings with materials.
• Draft scopes, budgets, and secure internal approval.
• Monitor budgets and report changes to the client.
• Maintain financial records and submit invoices on time.
• Provide timely status updates and reports to clients.
• Collaborate with publication tech team to optimize resources.
