Freshmade is seeking an Account Manager who can also help lead our own marketing efforts. On the client side, you will organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and ensure on-time delivery within scope.

On the Freshmade side, you’ll help tell our story through social, newsletters, case studies, and new business materials. As a small team, no job is too big or too small; the right person thrives on variety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, agency preferred.
• Experience in marketing communications (social, email, content, PR) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and proofreading skills.

Account Manager, Freshmade

Freshmade is a boutique agency that modernizes food brands through natural brand intelligence, creative thinking, and smart design. Our expertise spans CPG brand strategy, brand design, brand narrative, and brand activation for both B2C and B2B platforms, from package design to digital content creation. We're laid-back about most things, but not the quality of our work. We do not settle.

The Role

We're looking for an account manager who's also excited to help lead our own marketing. On the client side, you'll organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and do whatever else it takes to get the very best work out the door on time and in scope. On the Freshmade side, you'll help us tell our story, from social and our newsletter to case studies and new business materials. Because we're a small team, no job is too big or too small, and the right person will love that about us.

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, with agency experience preferred.


• Hands-on experience in marketing communications (social, email, content, or PR).
