Job summary

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth and maintain strategic relationships across an Indiana & Illinois multi-state territory. This fully remote role requires travel within the territory and a focus on expanding current accounts while winning new opportunities.

Starting base salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 with commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a 4-year degree and strong consultative selling skills in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years field sales or account management.
• Willing to travel up to 75% within Indiana and Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and quarterly target accounts.
• Identify new opportunities via networking and referrals.
• Manage accounts with timely follow-up and growth plans.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with CS, Marketing, and Ops to fulfill orders.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly activity reporting.
• Represent Fechheimer at trade shows and conferences.
