You will manage an assigned book of business, drive renewals, and identify sales opportunities while upholding IOA core values.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of industry experience, active licensing, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and client education.
• Oversee renewals, liaising with clients and carriers for rates and audits.
• Build and improve client relationships and solicit feedback for improvements.
• Advocate for clients and carriers to achieve mutual benefits.
• Identify value-added solutions and support team development.
• Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
